Longtime deputy prosecutor and attorney Ryan Wallace is seeking election as Prosecuting Attorney for the Third Judicial District, which includes Randolph, Lawrence, Jackson, and Sharp counties.

Wallace, a respected legal figure in Northeast Arkansas, brings over a decade of courtroom experience, deep community roots, and a lifelong commitment to justice to his campaign.

“As a prosecutor, a father, and a lifelong Arkansan, I believe in fighting for families, protecting our communities, and upholding the rule of law,” Wallace said. “This district deserves a prosecutor who is experienced, accessible, and unwavering in doing what’s right. That’s exactly the kind of leadership I intend to bring to this office.”

Wallace currently serves as County Attorney for both Randolph and Lawrence counties and recently concluded a nine-year tenure as Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for the Third Judicial District, where he prosecuted criminal cases ranging from misdemeanors to serious felonies and juvenile offenses. He also has a private practice in Pocahontas, where he represents individuals and businesses in civil, domestic, and probate matters.

Born on a military base in North Carolina and raised in Leachville, Wallace is a graduate of Buffalo Island Central High School and earned his undergraduate degree from Williams Baptist University, where he graduated cum laude and was an Academic All-American on the baseball team. He received his law degree from Oklahoma City University School of Law, where he served on Law Review and interned in the energy sector.

A devoted husband and father of three, Wallace emphasizes family values and community involvement in all areas of his life.

“My wife Lauren and I are raising our daughters here because we believe in this community,” he said. “That’s why I’ve dedicated my legal career to serving the people of this district. As Prosecuting Attorney, I’ll work every day to keep our communities safe and ensure our justice system is fair, firm, and guided by principle.”

Known for his straightforward style and compassion for victims, Wallace has earned a reputation for prosecutorial integrity and courtroom excellence. He has also worked on critical mental health and addiction issues, handling civil commitments and supporting alternative sentencing through Drug Court programs.
